2) I understand that once the treatment is done, the payment for the treatment is

Non-refundable.

3) I understand that the healing process of my treatment today, follows a general pattern

which will be explained to me; furthermore, the technician will not get any work done in the

same area as the prior treatment again, before the healing process is completed.

4) I understand that successful colour saturation cannot be guaranteed, due to hidden scar

tissue or different skin types, or skin conditions.

5) I understand that implanted pigments can slightly change or fade over time due to

circumstances beyond the technician’s control, and I will need to maintain the color with

an initial touch-up session (within 1 month) and/or annual touch-up treatments.

Oni Tattoo Studio accepts liability in compliance with the legal measures and regulations in the case of negligence or carelessness or intentionally/negligently caused injuries or threat to life, body and health. BB-MB is liable for violations of the obligations specified under the Agreement.

The client is informed in detail below by Oni Tattoo Studio about specific risks associated with Permanent Makeup Treatments.

ABOUT ONISCALP

● Phiscalp is a new technique that combines art and dedication of simulating hair follicles

through micropigmentation

● The client needs 3 days between sessions (do not extend a 2-month time period between

sessions)

Post-Care Treatment

Permanent make-up or its removal may lead to skin injury if not cared for properly. Therefore, it is important to gently nurture your skin after the treatment to allow healing without complications.

Inadequate care in the healing phase of the skin can lead to poor results and Oni Tattoo Studio cannot be liable for it.

In the next 7 days the client/model is required to pay attention to the following:

● Eyebrows

○ 30 Minutes after the treatment, eyebrows should be gently cleansed with a makeup pad + lukewarm water, and then a thin layer of Vaseline (petroleum jelly) shall be applied. This procedure must be repeated only on the 1st day, every 3 hours, at least 5 times to prevent the scab formation. From day 2-7, water cleansing is not necessary,

the client must only apply the cream twice a day.

● Eyeliner/ Lash liner/Lip

○ The treated area must not get wet for 48 hours. From day 1-7, apply a thin layer of

the antibiotic cream that we give you or Vaseline (petroleum jelly) 3 times a day on

the treated area.

● Scalp

○ The treated area cannot come in contact with water for 24 hours. Swelling and itching is normal, apply the “Aftercare” cream for the first 2 days

● Body

○ The treated area cannot come in contact with water for 24 hours. Swelling and itching is normal. Then, 2 to 3 times a day: clean your area with a physiological pH soap or clear water and gently pat dry. Then apply a thin layer of aftercare cream.

For post-treatment care, only use the provided cream or pure Vaseline. Please do not use any other creams except the ones provided to you in order to prevent possible infections or allergic reactions. In the first two weeks after the treatment avoid public bathing, sunbathing, tanning salon, sauna, beauty treatments and intense training accompanied by sweating (sport activities), contact with the dust (household chores, etc.).

Oni Tattoo Studio is not liable in case of improper post-treatment care.
